We are now a market leader in operating and managing fibre networks.We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Quote Desk / Order Management team.You’ll support a key Quote-to-Cash transformation project, helping to build a library of training content used across the business. At the same time, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how customer deals move from quote through to order and delivery, working alongside experienced Order Experts.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the creation of a training library (videos, transcripts and guides)Tracking topics, contributors, and overall project progressAssisting with quote and order administration tasks, such as:Supporting order creation and updatesChecking data for accuracy and completenessHelping resolve basic queries or issuesProviding day-to-day support to Sales and internal teamsHelping track and follow up on orders, requests, and queriesReviewing processes and helping identify simple improvementsSupporting data quality and process consistency across ordersWorking with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and DeliverySupporting general project coordination and admin tasksWhat We’re Looking ForA student or recent graduate interested in business, operations, or salesStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good communication skills and confidence working with different teamsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in a Quote-to-Cash transformation projectExposure to order management and sales processesInsight into how complex customer deals are managed end-to-endExperience working with cross-functional teamsDevelopment of key professional skills including data handling, problem-solving, and project coordinationThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
