Support Zayo Europe's Quote-to-Cash transformation project while gaining hands-on experience in order management, sales operations, and cross-functional business processes.
Company Description
Zayo Europe’s journey has been guided by an aspirational vision for connectivity. Our founders were veterans of the companies that constructed the earliest backbone of the Internet. They understood that truly putting “the world” on the World Wide Web would require connections, lots of them. Zayo formed in 2007 with Zayo Europe becoming a standalone company in 2024. We are now a market leader in operating and managing fibre networks.

You’ll support a key Quote-to-Cash transformation project, helping to build a library of training content used across the business. At the same time, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how customer deals move from quote through to order and delivery, working alongside experienced Order Experts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the creation of a training library (videos, transcripts and guides)
Tracking topics, contributors, and overall project progress
Assisting with quote and order administration tasks, such as:

Reviewing processes and helping identify simple improvements
Supporting data quality and process consistency across orders
Working with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Delivery
Supporting general project coordination and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
A student or recent graduate interested in business, operations, or sales
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience in a Quote-to-Cash transformation project
Exposure to order management and sales processes
Insight into how complex customer deals are managed end-to-end
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Development of key professional skills including data handling, problem-solving, and project coordination
