Apprenticeships Administrator responsible for supporting apprenticeship programmes, employer and apprentice enquiries, documentation, compliance, and administrative processes at the University of Westminster.
About The Post
The University of Westminster is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Apprenticeships Administrator to join the Apprenticeships Team within the Business Engagement and Graduate Futures Directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and help ensure that apprentices and employers receive an excellent service throughout the apprenticeship journey. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance with apprenticeship funding and quality requirements.
As a key member of the team, you will act as a first point of contact for employer enquiries and guide employers and prospective apprentices through the application process. You will communicate programme information clearly, build effective relationships with employers across a range of sectors, including construction, property and healthcare, and help ensure expectations are met at every stage of their engagement with the University.
You will manage apprenticeship documentation across a range of University systems, support compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and contribute to preparations for Ofsted inspection. Working closely with employers, apprentices, academic colleagues and professional services teams, you will play an important role in supporting the University’s commitment to delivering outstanding apprenticeship provision.
This varied and dynamic role would suit a motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
