Job Description

Are you passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and exploring how technology and Artificial Intelligence can transform the way businesses operate?

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and technology-minded graduate to join our Continuous Improvement (CI) team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, Automation, and AI while working on projects that deliver real business impact.

As part of our Graduate Programme, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and work alongside senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and implement innovative solutions that improve colleague and client experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, challenging existing processes, and exploring how new technologies, automation, and AI can drive smarter ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and delivering Continuous Improvement projects across operational and business functions.

  • Using data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

  • Mapping and analysing business processes to drive efficiency and service improvements.

  • Creating business cases and recommendations for change initiatives.

  • Producing reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights for stakeholders.

  • Supporting workshops and training sessions focused on Continuous Improvement and Systems Thinking.

  • Exploring how AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve operational performance and customer outcomes.

  • Evaluating and testing new tools and approaches that help teams work more efficiently.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Contact Centres, Back Office Operations, Technology, and Client Services teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • A minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree obtained within the last two years in:

  • Business Management or Business Analytics

  • Economics

  • Mathematics or Statistics

  • Computer Science

  • Information Systems or Information Technology

  • Data Analytics

  • Engineering

  • Or a related business, technology, or analytical discipline

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Systems Thinking, or Process Excellence.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools, or process mapping software.

  • Experience using data visualisation or reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • What Will Make You Stand Out

  • A genuine curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

  • An interest in understanding how AI can be used to improve processes, customer experiences, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and help identify practical applications for AI across the business.

  • Enthusiasm for combining technology, data, and Continuous Improvement to solve business problems.

Your Graduate Journey

  • During your first 6-12 months, you'll be paired with experienced Continuous Improvement professionals and involved in live business projects from day one.

  • You'll learn how improvement projects are identified, prioritised, delivered, and measured, while gaining exposure to operational teams, client-facing functions, and business leaders.

  • As your confidence grows, you'll progress from supporting projects to owning workstreams and delivering recommendations independently. Alongside your CI development, you'll have opportunities to explore how data, automation, and AI can be used to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
