  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team during peak recruitment periods.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR requirements, and company procedures.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (HR, Business, Psychology or similar preferred, but all disciplines welcome).

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Some exposure to HR, admin, or people-focused roles is a bonus but not required.

  • CIPA Qualification is needed.
