The Reed Graduate Scheme launches recent grads into rotational or fixed roles across the group's business units, building core skills in client relationship management, employment support operations, and corporate service pathways.

Pay Range

£26,000-£29,500 starting salary (depending on role and location)

Job Description

Are you a recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher looking to kickstart your career with one of the UK’s leading graduate schemes? If you’re motivated and driven to achieve results, the Reed Graduate Scheme offers a robust platform to develop into a highly skilled professional, with a clear pathway to senior roles within the organisation.

Your First Year

  • Start in an operational role within one of Reed Group’s three areas: Reed, Reed in Partnership, or Reed.co.uk.

  • Engage in hands-on work, matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers.

  • Participate in a comprehensive 3-day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.

  • Receive industry-leading training and development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.

  • A motivated and results-driven attitude.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
