Job Description
The role of Telematics Graduate Commercial Analyst is really important to support the Commercial team in achieving its targets.
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
Partnering with sales teams to coordinate daily deal review, marketing offers and commercial training.
Assisting with the monthly re-pricing processes.
Assisting with the maintenance of the Domestic and International Price lists for > 8,000 product price points, including targeted re-pricing proposals, tailored for each market.
Assisting with the development of margin improvement initiatives and ad hoc commercial projects
Assisting with the providing oversight and insights into our commercial reporting for Telematics primarily focused on volume, unit margins and other products & services which together comprise our growth margin.
Assisting with the reporting on current and future performance of Telematics across our 11 territories to various stakeholders and advising on further improvements or corrective courses of action
Identifying system and process developments alongside our operations and sales teams, promoting continuous improvement
Working with Financial Operations team, ensuring we have zero leakage during our billing process
Supporting the business with relevant ad-hoc project work that impacts pricing, billing, systems and reporting.
Critical review of current processes and procedures, including proposals for improvement and adequate documentation of SOPs.
Maintaining rolling view of Unit economics analysis across all products and regions.
Qualifications
What do we expect of you?
Strong analytical skills, learning to undertake a range of financial and business modelling tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Advanced Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and Look Ups.
Driving process improvements and harbouring a continuous improvement methodology.
Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable business results and driving continuous improvement.
