Junior FP&A Analyst

An entry-level Junior FP&A Analyst role supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced international company.

We’re looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and Zero‑Based Budgeting (ZBB) activities within a fast‑paced, international environment. This is an entry‑level FP&A role, ideal for a graduate or early‑career finance professional looking to build strong commercial and analytical foundations.

What You’ll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting and ZBB cycles, including cost tracking and variance analysis

• Prepare and maintain FP&A reports, dashboards and management presentations

• Assist with P&L analysis and performance reporting

• Monitor expenses and investigate variances vs budget and forecast

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Operations to ensure data accuracy

• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support management decisions

• Contribute to improving planning and reporting processes

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Intermediate Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, charts)

• Basic understanding of P&L and financial statements

• Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Interest in FP&A, cost control and performance management

• Professional qualification (e.g. CIMA) or studying towards one – desirable
