Early-career Category Insight Analyst role at Pilgrim’s Europe focused on analysing consumer and shopper data, producing insights for marketing and product development, and supporting business decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.About the RoleAre you curious about why consumers buy what they buy? Do you enjoy working with data and turning numbers into meaningful stories?We’re looking for an early‑career Category Insight Analyst to join our central Insights team at Pilgrim’s Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to start or develop a career in consumer insight, category analysis and commercial decision‑making within a fast‑moving food business.You’ll work closely with Category, Customer Marketing and Innovation teams, helping them understand shoppers, consumers and markets — and supporting the development of new products from early concept through to launch.At Pilgrim’s Europe, we believe there is real value in bringing teams together.
