What You’ll Do 

Our Finance Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates who are eager to become the Finance leaders of tomorrow. Over a three-year period, you will have the opportunity to work within our finance functions, holding a minimum of 3 roles, gaining practical experience in all aspects of Finance Operations.  

You’ll apply this newfound knowledge to fast-track your preparation for a future leadership role, whether in Finance or the broader business. Over time, you’ll gain a wide range of experience and skills - both technical and leadership-focused - while receiving support to pursue a professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA. This combination of practical experience and professional certification will help you build a strong foundation for success.  

Who We’re Looking For

You're curious, collaborative and keen to learn. You don't need finance experience, just genuine interest.

You should:

• Have (or be about to complete) a degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or related subject and have graduated by September 2027.

• Be happy to travel or relocate within the UK for part of the programme.

• This opportunity is designed for individuals at the start of their career journey who have limited work experience.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £32,000 per annum plus a 5.5% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday.
