Description and Requirements

As a Sales (SMB & Channel) Apprentice, you will support partner-facing commercial activities while developing core sales, analytical and coordination skills. The role combines operational execution, pipeline discipline, partner engagement and commercial insight, helping drive sustainable partner growth and building a pathway toward future Partner Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own partner initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes across pipeline, enablement and campaigns

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate stages, next steps, contacts and close dates

  • Support partner communications including agendas, notes and action logs

  • Maintain partner plans and trackers for enablement, campaigns and pipeline focus areas

  • Prepare QBR materials with performance summaries and action follow-ups

  • Coordinate deal processes such as registrations, approvals and stakeholder alignment

  • Identify stalled deals and propose actions to progress them

  • Coordinate partner enablement sessions, logistics, materials and attendance tracking

  • Execute partner campaigns with marketing and track responses and outcomes

  • Create partner-ready assets using approved templates and messaging

  • Build simple commercial analyses on pipeline health, conversion, product mix and campaign ROI proxies

  • Improve templates and trackers to reduce friction and increase impact

  • Proactive, organised and adaptable in a fast‑moving commercial environment

  • Eager to learn and develop a career in Channel Sales, with strong written and spoken English
