Role Purpose:
• The post-holder will be a member of the Retail Department.
• The post-holder will assist in leading, coaching and empowering a team of career and student staff to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
• The post-holder will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and effective queue management across the trading day.
• The post holder will be expected to work during the night, evenings and weekends as part of their shift pattern throughout the year
