Overview
This role supports the execution of SMB and Mid-Market marketing initiatives across UK&I, helping drive awareness, demand generation, partner engagement, and customer growth through collaboration with sales teams, distributors, resellers, agencies, and strategic channel partners.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to integrated marketing, partner ecosystems, demand generation, event management, campaign analytics, and go-to-market execution across SMB and Mid-Market customer segments within a fast-paced technology environment.
Responsibilities
• Supports execution of SMB and Mid-Market marketing campaigns across UK&I, including partner-led campaigns, digital activations, webinars, customer events, and lead generation programs.
• Plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events across UK&I, including partner events, customer activations, trade shows, webinars, hospitality programs, and sales engagement activities.
• Coordinates event logistics, stakeholder communications, attendee management, agency collaboration, venue coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Assists with Channel marketing initiatives including partner toolkits, co-marketing campaigns, MDF-funded activities, enablement programs, and share-of-voice activations.
• Supports collaboration with distributors, resellers, and channel partners to help drive campaign execution and partner engagement across the UK&I ecosystem.
• Assists with market and competitor research to identify SMB and Mid-Market trends, customer needs, partner opportunities, and growth areas.
• Supports demand generation activities including lead tracking, campaign follow-up processes, and reporting on marketing performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Helps analyse campaign and event performance metrics including ROI, conversion rates, marketing sourced opportunities, and partner impact.
• Supports creation, localisation, and adaptation of marketing content to ensure relevance for SMB, Mid-Market, and partner audiences.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including sales, category, retail, digital, operations, and partner account teams to support integrated marketing execution.
• Works closely with the SMB and Mid-Market Marketing Leads to support business priorities, campaign delivery, and commercial growth objectives.
• Maintains regular reporting and project tracking updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Learns and applies marketing compliance, data privacy, and local regulatory requirements across all activities.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, events, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Internship, placement year, university project, or event management experience within technology, retail, B2B, or commercial marketing environments is advantageous.
