Graduate Engineer role supporting the continuing airworthiness, maintenance planning, technical records and reliability of DHL Air’s Boeing aircraft fleet within a regulated aviation environment.

We are looking to appoint 4 graduate engineers to join our Continuing Airworthiness Team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for aviation and a desire to start their career in a technical, office-based role within a regulated airworthiness environment.
The position is offered on a 24-month fixed term contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on performance and business need.
The Role:
This role supports the technical oversight of our fleet of Boeing aircraft and will involve working closely with experienced engineers across the Continuing Airworthiness team.
Areas you’ll be exposed to include:
Technical Services Fleet Engineering
Maintenance Planning and Technical Records
Reliability Programme Support
Maintenance Programme Development and Review
Technical systems
Other airworthiness tasks as required to support the safe and compliant operation of the fleet
You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a CAMO organisation operates and how technical data is used to maintain continuing airworthiness across a global operation.
The Person:
A graduate in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Someone passionate about aviation and keen to develop within a technical airworthiness role
A team player with strong organisational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
