Are you a motivated graduate looking to build a career in a sustainable organisation? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team and develop the skills and experience needed to become a future Commercial Manager.

What you’ll gain:

As a Commercial Graduate, you will work under the guidance of the Commercial Manager to gain a strong understanding of how the business operates. You will support managers with day-to-day activities, contribute to business development, and learn how to evaluate commercial performance.

The Commercial team plays a key role in driving growth within the Municipal division. This includes supporting contract retention and negotiation with local authorities, identifying new opportunities, and assisting operational teams with the mobilisation and development of services.

This role offers a structured platform for progression into a management position for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work closely with our Commercial Manager, gaining hands-on experience in:

  • Business development within the Municipal division

  • Supporting contract negotiations with local authorities

  • Analysing performance data to drive decision-making

  • Assisting with the mobilisation and development of key services

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to build real commercial experience and fast-track your progression into management.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, “can-do” attitude

  • IT literate (especially Excel)

  • Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel

Desirable:

  • Business/Economics background

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools

  • Understanding of local government or contract management

  • Exposure to projects, KPIs, or stakeholder management
