This is a Finance Management Graduate role in a facilities management company, supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement across international operations while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and developing core finance and systems skills.

As a Finance Management Graduate, you will play an integral role in developing your finance skills within a dynamic facilities management environment. You will support finance teams across the business and work on dedicated projects to help improve systems, reporting and processes.
This role will give you excellent exposure to all areas of our Facilities Management business, providing variety, responsibility and access to members of the Senior Management Team. You will also gain valuable insight into working with International Corporate Clients (ICC) across multiple countries and cultures.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to learn a new sector, develop strong finance and analytical skills, and build a long-term career within an expanding business that promotes development and progression.
Our Ideal Graduate Will Have:
Degree level qualification (2:2 or above), ideally with a leaning towards Mathematics, accountancy or Business.
A proactive approach with the ability to complete tasks promptly, accurately and with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in analytics and finance systems
Strong planning and organisational skills
Enthusiasm for self‑development and personal growth
Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
Confidence to question the status quo and suggest new ideas
Ability to use initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong relationship‑building skills across teams and departments
Internship or relevant work experience (desirable)
Willingness to travel across Europe when required
We will provide you with full on‑the‑job training and ongoing development to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. All we ask for is a positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
You will work 37.5 hours per week and be paid £27,000 – £31,000, depending on prior experience or internships. The role also includes our full benefits package available from day one.
