You will support finance teams across the business and work on dedicated projects to help improve systems, reporting and processes.This role will give you excellent exposure to all areas of our Facilities Management business, providing variety, responsibility and access to members of the Senior Management Team. You will also gain valuable insight into working with International Corporate Clients (ICC) across multiple countries and cultures.This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to learn a new sector, develop strong finance and analytical skills, and build a long-term career within an expanding business that promotes development and progression. Our Ideal Graduate Will Have:Degree level qualification (2:2 or above), ideally with a leaning towards Mathematics, accountancy or Business.A proactive approach with the ability to complete tasks promptly, accurately and with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interest in analytics and finance systemsStrong planning and organisational skillsEnthusiasm for self‑development and personal growthAbility to work to deadlines and manage changing prioritiesConfidence to question the status quo and suggest new ideasAbility to use initiativeAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong relationship‑building skills across teams and departmentsInternship or relevant work experience (desirable)Willingness to travel across Europe when required We will provide you with full on‑the‑job training and ongoing development to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. All we ask for is a positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.You will work 37.5 hours per week and be paid £27,000 – £31,000, depending on prior experience or internships.
