A 3-year graduate tax programme rotating between Equity Reward and Employment Tax, advising clients on employee compensation, tax matters, and M&A transactions while working toward ACA and CTA qualifications.

How you will contribute

As part of our People Services team, covering and Equity Reward & Employment Tax, you will play a crucial role in solving complex problems, driving performance improvement, and maximising value for stakeholders, serving a diverse range of clients, from Private Equity Houses on M&A transactions that can be as large as over £1billion  transactions to large companies to tech start-ups and privately managed businesses.

We will provide comprehensive support and guidance to help you achieve your ACA and CTA qualifications while offering opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Throughout the 3-year programme, successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in both the Equity Reward and Employment tax specialisms of tax on a rotation basis. The programme will offer you variety and an opportunity to challenge and enhance yourself and your skills.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK  without visa sponsorship

• A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree  

• A-level (or equivalent)  grades of ABB or above

• GCSE Maths and English grade B (6) or above

• Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level), with database skills considered advantageous 

• Relevant work experience is preferred, but not a necessity

• Evidence of non-academic achievements (let us know what you do outside of your studies)  

• Business level English language is a pre-requisite, and proficiency in any other languages is considered a bonus.
