This entry-level insurance operations and corporate risk administration scheme focuses on portfolio management, liability evaluation, and regulatory compliance.The VacancyPro Insurance currently has some exciting new opportunities for Graduate Trainee Claims Technician to join our Legacy Claims Team, processing claims to support an existing client.Pro currently operates a hybrid working model. The majority of this role will be working at home with travel to the Glasgow, Liverpool or Horsham office on a weekly basis, and other offices as and when required.Purpose of RoleReporting to the Claims Manager, the Graduate Claims Technicians will handle a caseload EL/PL disease and illness claims under supervision, including, but not limited to, the following:-NIHLHAVsPleural PlaquesLiaising with solicitors and brokersManaging all diaries and post within the agreed SLAsDeveloping effective business relationships internally and externallyMaintain accurate records for auditing and regulatory purposesIdentifying potential fraudProactively support the team in their achievements and overall business objectivesProvide technical advice and guidance to external clientsOversight of PLF in respect of any litigated claims to ensure the case strategy is appropriateContribute to projects relevant to the sub verticalStrengthen Client RelationshipsRepresent Pro in a Professional manner to both peer and potential marketplace acquaintancesKnowledge and skillsTechnical background relating to EL/PL claims is preferable however not essential.
