A business support internship focused on assisting senior leadership with administration, coordination, and business projects, combining business operations, administration, and communication in a hybrid work setup.How can you make a difference?The Business Support Intern will work with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team here at Nordex UK & Ireland to provide business support to the region.This is a 12-month internship for a placement student who is looking to gain hands on experience in a busy environment to developing skills in business administration and co-ordination.  What will you be doing? Assisting with the planning and implementation of meetings and internal and external eventsSupporting with the reviewing and updating of internal proceduresPreparing meeting materials for the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership teamMaintain live action register amongst the SLT – requesting updates prior to meetingsSupporting business improvement projectsConducting research to support future business initiativesPreparation of new business cases as requestedLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting with adhoc tasks to support the wider Nordex team What are we looking for? You will be currently studying a business-related degree and be looking to undertake a placement as part of your degree or who has recently graduated and is looking for some work experience in this role.  Other skills and behaviours required for this role include: Strong organisational and attention to detail skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAI knowledge and how it can be used to improve efficiencyHigh level of competency in using MS Office packagesAbility to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlinesPositive attitude with a willingness to learn What we can offer you?Time Off  - Our teams receive 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
