A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, is required. Our Real Estate practice helps shape outcomes for property owners and investors across the UK and Europe, delivering commercial real estate advice and broking solutions that make a real difference.No two days are the same, you’ll work with an impressive mix of clients — from FTSE 250 companies and banks to pension funds, investment managers, and asset managers — across a broad range of asset types including residential, offices, warehousing, and retail. If you enjoy variety, challenge, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in a sector that never stands still, this role offers exactly that.We will rely on you to:Help participate in renewal strategy activities in conjunction with the Client Executive and Senior Client AdvisorsParticipate in renewal data collection exercises with clients and help present information to underwriters.Request Claims Reports from TPA’s & Loss AdjustersAssist in the creation of market presentations and renewal documents ensuring renewal strategy is reflectedOwn the client onboarding process for new clients and expansion to existing clients.Assist in the preparation of client renewal reportsManage premium billing, collection and settlement.Prepare and issue renewal documentation including the creation of invoices, evidence of cover documentation and renewal policy documentation.Control the resolution of complex accounts and administration queries.Help prepare reports on specific projects as directed by senior colleagues.What you need to have:We will provide coaching and training to make a successful careers in the insurance and broking industry. The role requires you to be personable and able to maintain relationships both internally and externally of Marsh. Most of all, the role will require you to immerse yourself in the environment in which our clients operate.
