This IT apprentice role focuses on providing first-line technical support to business users, managing user accounts across Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and maintaining hardware assets like computers, printers, and mobile devices.Reporting directly to the IT Lead, the IT Apprentice provides general support to all IT users in the business with a focus on user support, new starters and replacement machines. The following responsibilities should be read in conjunction with the IT Dept RASCI Matrix.
