They will play an important role in enabling the bank’s growth by supporting day‑to‑day operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and contributing to the implementation of our wider HR strategy.Principal AccountabilitiesAct as the first point of contact for the business for HR queries, providing accurate, timely and professional guidance to managers and employees in line with UK and India employment legislation and best practice, escalating matters where appropriateManage and triage the shared HR inbox, ensuring queries are responded to efficiently and resolved or redirected as needed.Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new starters and leavers.
