You’ll experience rotations across key areas, including:Project Management: managing timelines, co-ordinating teams, and progress reporting.Business Analysis: analysing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, and articulating requirements.Data & Analytics: interpreting complex datasets, creating visualisations, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.Software Development: writing code, integrating data sources, and bug fixing.Quality Engineering: testing code, automating scripts, and identifying issues.Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Automating manual processes through intelligent software solutions.Helpdesk / issue resolution: understanding technical issues, managing resolutions, and working with diverse user groups.You’ll contribute to real deliverables, both operational and project-based, working alongside industry experts and sharing your innovative ideas.Programme JourneyOnboarding: Your first weeks will immerse you in Ligentia’s purpose, values, and operating model.Core Development: You’ll build essential skills at our in‑house development centre, gaining insight into our supply chain management platform, Agile working practices, and customer experience strategy.Operational Insight: Through visits to warehouses, ports, and customer sites, you’ll gain first‑hand understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.First Role Assignment: Within your first few months, you’ll take on a meaningful role, applying your learning with full support from your team.Strategic Project: You’ll collaborate with fellow graduates on a strategic business project and present your recommendations to senior leaders.Ongoing Support: You’ll be supported throughout the programme with a buddy, coaching, and access to mentoring.What We Are Looking ForEssential:Degree educated (minimum 2:2 degree or international equivalent) ideally in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM subjects.A genuine passion for technology and its application in business.Data‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software (experience with Excel or data‑visualisation tools is a plus).Ability to commute to our Leeds City Centre office.Availability to start the programme on 1st September 2026 (earlier start dates considered).Right to work in the UK (unsponsored) until Summer 2028.Willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally.Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and share ideas.Desirable:Experience in software development using languages like C#, C++, Python, or Java.Experience with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and programming logic.Why Ligentia?Global supply chains are vital, and Ligentia operates at the heart of this dynamic industry, developing sustainable and agile solutions for leading retailers and brands.
