About the Program

Our Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is a structurally managed, rotational development experience designed to build the next generation of leaders in our Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization. During the production rotation, trainees will have the opportunity to gain experience within our 24/7 operation by working in a shift-based system.

  • Supply Planning – Demand planning, inventory management, S&OP support, and analytics.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance – Food safety, quality systems, audit readiness, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations in each rotation to drive productivity, quality, service, and safety.

  • Use data and analytics to identify performance opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

  • Lead at least one end‑to‑end project in each rotation and present results to leadership.

  • Demonstrate learning agility, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.

  • 0–3 years of work experience (internships included).

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Willingness to relocate or travel during rotations (if applicable).
