It could suit a recent graduate, early-career professional or someone with strong administration, coordination or customer service experience who wants to move into a growing technology and infrastructure business.You’ll support the Regional Design Manager by helping customer orders move through the design phase – booking appointments, liaising with customers, gathering key information, coordinating updates and helping drive orders forward for ITS.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll help keep the design and survey process organised, accurate and moving in the right direction.Supporting order intake and checking information is complete and accurateBooking survey appointments and coordinating customer availabilityLiaising with customers, partners and internal teams to collect missing information or permissionsWorking with planners and coordinators to support design progressionHelping confirm key milestones and keeping customer connection orders movingUpdating Salesforce and internal systems with clear, accurate informationTracking order progress, highlighting delays and escalating risks earlySupporting design handover activity by helping ensure records and information are ready for delivery teamsCommunicating clearly with customers where information, access or permissions are neededThis is a busy coordination role where attention to detail, organisation and communication will be key.About YouYou don’t need to be a telecoms expert – we’re more interested in your attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.You’ll likely bring:Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy workloadClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence speaking with customers and internal teamsA proactive approach to chasing information and keeping tasks movingThe ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in building a career in telecoms, technology, infrastructure or project coordinationExperience in administration, customer service, coordination, scheduling, planning support, graduate schemes or office-based operations would be helpful, but is not essential.Why ITS?This is a great role for someone looking to start or grow their career in telecoms.You’ll benefit from:An entry-level opportunity in a fast-growing full-fibre businessTraining and exposure to telecoms design, planning, survey and delivery processesA role with variety, responsibility and regular interaction across teams3 days per week onsite, giving you the chance to learn directly from experienced colleaguesPotential future career paths into team leadership, project management, planning, delivery or salesBeing part of a business recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 TechEDI CommitmentAt ITS, we’re proud to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported.
