An entry-level Connections Coordinator role supporting customer connection projects by coordinating surveys, managing orders, and working with customers and internal teams throughout the design process.

About ITS

We exist to ensure the UK has the best full fibre networks, delivering gigabit-capable connectivity to businesses through our growing partner community. This enables opportunity, progress, exploration, creativity, innovation and commerce.

Recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 Tech as one of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies, we’re continuing to scale at pace – making this an exciting time to join ITS, for your career, for our business and for the future.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Connections Coordinator to join our Design team and support the early stages of the customer connection journey.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in telecoms. It could suit a recent graduate, early-career professional or someone with strong administration, coordination or customer service experience who wants to move into a growing technology and infrastructure business.

You’ll support the Regional Design Manager by helping customer orders move through the design phase – booking appointments, liaising with customers, gathering key information, coordinating updates and helping drive orders forward for ITS.

Responsibilities

You’ll help keep the design and survey process organised, accurate and moving in the right direction.

  • Supporting order intake and checking information is complete and accurate

  • Booking survey appointments and coordinating customer availability

  • Liaising with customers, partners and internal teams to collect missing information or permissions

  • Working with planners and coordinators to support design progression

  • Helping confirm key milestones and keeping customer connection orders moving

  • Updating Salesforce and internal systems with clear, accurate information

  • Tracking order progress, highlighting delays and escalating risks early

  • Supporting design handover activity by helping ensure records and information are ready for delivery teams

  • Communicating clearly with customers where information, access or permissions are needed

This is a busy coordination role where attention to detail, organisation and communication will be key.

About You

You don’t need to be a telecoms expert – we’re more interested in your attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence speaking with customers and internal teams

  • A proactive approach to chasing information and keeping tasks moving

  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine interest in building a career in telecoms, technology, infrastructure or project coordination

Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, scheduling, planning support, graduate schemes or office-based operations would be helpful, but is not essential.

Why ITS?

This is a great role for someone looking to start or grow their career in telecoms.

You’ll benefit from:

  • An entry-level opportunity in a fast-growing full-fibre business

  • Training and exposure to telecoms design, planning, survey and delivery processes

  • A role with variety, responsibility and regular interaction across teams

  • 3 days per week onsite, giving you the chance to learn directly from experienced colleagues

  • Potential future career paths into team leadership, project management, planning, delivery or sales

  • Being part of a business recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 Tech

EDI Commitment

At ITS, we’re proud to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our business and we are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can thrive and bring their whole selves to work.
