You will play a key role in creating high-quality technical content for customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in our Cambridge headquarters.This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in our Cambridge headquarters.What you’ll doIn this role, you will support end users and create clear, engaging technical documentation for a range of audiences. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external translators to ensure content is accurate and accessible globally.Key responsibilities include:Writing, editing, and proofreading technical documentationCurating content and liaising with translators to support multiple languagesReviewing documentation and providing constructive feedbackAssisting end users by clarifying and improving technical materialsWhat we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who can communicate complex ideas clearly and has a strong attention to detail.
