This is a 2-year graduate programme designed to train you into a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (RICS-qualified). You’ll work in the Valuation team handling property valuations for secured lending, pension funds, financial reporting, and public sector clients, across industrial, office, retail, and residential properties.As a graduate, we truly believe that you have what it takes to shape the future of the property industry. This means that you’ll be given real challenges and responsibility, right from the get-go. During our two-year programme, you’ll develop much more than just the technical skills needed to thrive in your field. You will develop leadership qualities which will help you to energise those around you and fast-track your career.What you’ll be doingAs a graduate in our Valuation team, you’ll join us on a two-year journey to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor & registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate from industrial, offices and retail through to large residential portfolios. We carry out Valuations for secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders as well as pension funds, financial statements and the public sector.
