This is a graduate role in Real Estate designed to train you into a Chartered Surveyor (RICS-accredited) and registered valuer over a 2-year structured programme. You’ll work on property valuation, agency work, and real estate advisory across industrial, office, and residential portfolios.

What you’ll be doing
As a graduate in our Real Estate team, you’ll join us on a two -year journey to become a Chartered Surveyor & registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate from Industrial, Offices through to large residential portfolios.
Carrying out Valuations for Secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders as well supporting our agency department on behalf of a varied client base. At the same time, we’ll support you in completing your assessment of professional competence (APC).
