No agency experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for building a career in media.About the ProgrammeThis is a paid four-month graduate programme designed to give you hands-on experience across every part of our Digital Media team. Rather than being placed in one role, you'll rotate through each of our specialist disciplines, learning directly from experienced practitioners before bringing everything together in your final month.During the programme you'll spend one month in:Google AdsPaid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)Display & Programmatic MediaBringing everything together through campaign planning, reporting, onboarding and client supportBy the end of the programme you'll have a solid understanding of how digital campaigns are planned, bought, optimised and reported.
