From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide.This Graduate Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full Supply Chain function while completing a Business Management degree. You will develop practical knowledge of procurement, material planning and supplier management, supporting the business to deliver efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.How you will contribute to the teamYou will:Support procurement activity, gaining exposure to supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiativesMonitor supplier performance using KPIs and purchasing tools to support operational deliveryAssist in managing materials, including bill of materials updates, schedule changes and impact analysisMaintain communication with internal teams and suppliers to support delivery and supply chain performanceRequirements for the roleYou will have:4 Highers at Grade B or above including Mathematics and EnglishAn understanding of supply chain, business or commercial principlesConfidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)An interest in procurement, materials management and manufacturing operationsWhat we will offer you37-hour working week (half day Friday)Defined contribution pension (4% employee / 8% employer)33 days annual leave (rising with service)Annual bonus linked to company performanceLife assurance (4× basic salary)Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing supportProfessional development and training opportunitiesFree onsite parkingWhat happens nextIf you’re ready to start your career in Supply Chain and gain a recognised degree alongside practical experience, apply today.Right to Work in the UKAll applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
