You'll build relationships with clients, work alongside experienced colleagues and gain practical experience across multiple industries while supporting the small and medium-sized businesses that are the backbone of the Irish economy.Applications close Friday 16th of October 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the team in delivering a range of accounting, audit and tax services to clients.Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports.Support audit engagements, including gathering information, performing basic testing and preparing audit documentation.Assist with the preparation of tax returns and calculations, and support the team with Revenue-related matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial information.Liaise with clients and colleagues to obtain information and resolve queries in a professional manner.Complete routine accounting and administrative tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses and the financial and regulatory requirements relevant to them.Work collaboratively with colleagues across different service areas while also taking responsibility for individual tasks.Continually develop technical knowledge and professional skills through on-the-job experience and professional examinations.Contribute to delivering high-quality work while adhering to Xeinadin’s processes, standards and values.Key RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is:Completing a business or finance related third-level qualification. As a Graduate Audit Trainee, you will be an integral part of our audit team, assisting with audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio. You will gain hands-on experience in audit testing, fieldwork, and financial reporting, working closely with experienced team members to develop your technical skills and understanding of audit methodology in line with UK accounting and auditing standards.
