This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management and customer engagement while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who will help you develop the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to build a successful sales career. What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping to grow sales and build strong relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You'll: Speak regularly with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities Support sales campaigns and promotional activities Learn how to manage customer accounts and build lasting partnerships Analyse sales data and identify ways to grow product distribution Support new business opportunities through research and prospecting Maintain customer records and CRM systems Collaborate with experienced sales professionals across the business  This role offers real responsibility from day one, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.  What You’ll Bring To The RoleWe'd love to hear from you if you are: An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationshipsCurious and eager to learn new skillsOrganised and able to manage your time effectivelyConfident using technology and data to solve problemsMotivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of your developmentInterested in sales, business and customer relationships Previous sales experience isn't required.
