We are seeking a Graduate Trainee to join our Trust, UK Corporate or Probate team. This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates, including those seeking their first professional opportunity, who are interested in law, trusts, corporate services and investments.
The role provides hands‑on experience supporting Trust, UK Corporate and Probate cases for High Net Worth individuals and UK Corporate clients, with structured training and clear progression towards managing your own case portfolio. Key Accountabilities
Deliver prompt, accurate and efficient administration of a casebook of Trust, UK Corporate or Probate matters, ensuring high‑quality client service, accurate reporting, tax compliance and effective risk management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders through clear, professional communication.
Attend face‑to‑face meetings with clients and third parties, including occasional travel where required.
Work collaboratively within the team and proactively contribute to process improvements and business initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate entry role – a law‑related degree is preferred, though candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Strong administrative, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
