We are looking for graduates to join our Property & Buildings, Building Services teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, supporting the design of buildings and spaces that are safe, sustainable, efficient and fit for the future.

As a Graduate in one of our Building Services teams, you will contribute to projects across sectors including offices, hospitals, hotels, residential developments, data centres, education buildings and major transport hubs.

Work could involve mechanical, electrical or public health systems, smart building technologies, energy performance, sustainability and the wider user experience of buildings.

You will be part of multidisciplinary project team, supported by experienced engineers and specialists, and given exposure to real-world challenges from the start.

Depending on your team, your day-to-day work may include supporting design work, reviewing technical drawings, using tools such as Revit or AutoCAD, contributing to sustainability assessments, attending site visits, gathering client requirements and helping develop practical solutions for complex building projects.

Our teams work on a wide range of high-profile projects, with examples including major commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, data centres, airports and large-scale redevelopment programmes.

What we’re looking for

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Please ensure you have checked degree backgrounds considered for our graduate roles via the link provided.

• You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.

• You will have an interest in Building Services, Smart Buildings, Public Health, or sustainability.

• You’ll be curious, flexible, collaborative and motivated to solve problems that shape the built environment.

• You will want to create value for our clients, and you will want to take ownership for your work and development.
