We are looking for graduates for our Finance team, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading global consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.   

A little bit more about your role and the team…

Our Finance team plays a key role at WSP, helping the business make informed decisions, manage performance and deliver long-term value. As a graduate in this team, you’ll gain insight into how strong financial planning, reporting and control support the work we do for our clients, communities and colleagues.  

Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with broad, hands-on experience across six placements within our key Finance functions, including Business Finance, Credit Control, Management Accounts and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

You’ll get involved in end-to-end projects, building your understanding of how each team contributes to our strategy, and developing the skills and confidence to shape your future career in Finance.  

You will also benefit from dedicated tuition days with an external training partner as you study towards the highly regarded Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.

What we’re looking for

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant bachelors’ or master’s degree.

• You will be looking to start work in September 2027.

• You will have a passion for finance.

• You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve problems. 

• You will take ownership of your work and development while creating value for our clients.

• You will actively seek opportunities to develop your technical expertise and broaden your experience in across the finance sector.

Our Graduate Development Programme

The Finance Programme is a three-year programme, specific for graduates joining our Finance team. Alongside on-the-job learning, you’ll be supported to help you build the skills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
