Provide trade counter customer service, support warehouse operations, process customer orders, and develop sales skills while completing a Level 2 Trade Supplier apprenticeship.

As an Apprentice Sales Advisor based at Orpington, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service on our Trade Counter

• Responsible for goods-in and goods-out

• General housekeeping of the Warehouse

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Answering customer enquiries on phone, face-to-face and email

• Making proactive outbound sales calls

You will be working towards a Trade Supplier level 2 qualification. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 7am – 4pm.
