The Role:

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant Apprentice to join our Belfast office. This apprenticeship is perfect for someone starting their career in administration. No previous experience is required, we’ll provide full training and support while you gain valuable on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Assisting with daily office tasks and general administration

• Managing emails and filing documents

• Supporting colleagues with basic administrative duties

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
