Transformation & Improvement Apprentice at Warrington Borough Council supporting public sector change projects through coordination, research, and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in local government transformation
The role
This is a pivotal time for Warrington Borough Council. We are building a new Transformation and Improvement Team to help make big improvements. As Transformation and Improvement Apprentice, you will be part of this journey, gaining hands on experience in a fast paced, high profile area of the organisation.
Working alongside experienced transformation professionals, you will help coordinate meetings, carry out research, prepare information and provide practical support to the council’s changes.
You will work with colleagues from across the organisation, developing confidence, insight and a strong understanding of how councils serve their communities, while also completing an apprenticeship qualificaiton.
If you are motivated, curious and keen to learn, and want to contribute to meaningful change that makes a difference for residents, this role offers a supportive and challenging entry point into public service at a unique moment in the council’s recovery.
