Please note that this is a rotational role and you will be expected to rotate across different sites and locations in Scotland.
What you'll be doing;
Collaborating with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Providing support to construction and operations teams for current projects
Developing, preparing, and maintaining construction documentation and project plans
Identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks while creating comprehensive mitigation strategies
Building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Performing technical analysis and system performance evaluations to ensure optimal operational efficiency
Assisting with day-to-day operational activities and providing project support as needed
Contribute to organisational excellence by participating in continuous improvement initiatives for internal procedures and processes
What we're looking for;
Degree-level qualification in Environmental or Engineering (to be achieved by September 2026)
A successful candidate will be required to travel to training locations and relocate up to 3 times across Scotland during the Graduate Programme
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker
Driving Licence (or willingness to get one)
