About the Role

Flexible Working

Launch your career at WMG, University of Warwick and work on real-world leading international research and development projects within science, technology and engineering.

Our two-year programme will provide you with the maximum exposure to different teams and experiences as you rotate across projects at WMG. You will complete up to three project rotations in year one, and a long-term project in year two. You will experience first-hand, the potential of our work and discover where your own interests and skills lie.

You will earn a competitive graduate salary as an employee of WMG and gain valuable professional experience, including opportunities to become an innovator in the world of science, technology and engineering, developing the brightest ideas that will shape our future by working closely with leading academic and industry partners on real-world research and development projects.

About You

We seek a minimum of a 2:1 Honours Degree in any STEM related degree discipline. We encourage applications from candidates with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Project Management, Chemistry, or Statistics.

We wish to advise applicants that this role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa. If you do not yet have the right to work in the UK you will need to check the UK Government Website to see if you are eligible to obtain the right to work in the UK through one of the other UK immigration routes before you make your application.

As a Graduate Engineer you will work on a range of projects, providing you with a firm grounding in the principles of project engineering, research and project management. Each rotational project will offer a unique experience. Some projects may be lab based, others may have more of a focus on research or development. During year one of the Programme, each project duration will last between 3 and 6 months.
