The Role – Graduate QA & Compliance Technologist
As part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll help protect our brands and customers by ensuring products are safe, legally compliant and fit for purpose.
This role combines practical product assessment, quality control, compliance verification and problem-solving. No two days are the same, and you’ll work closely with suppliers, buyers and stakeholders across the business to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assessing products for quality, functionality and safety
Reviewing testing, inspection and certification documentation
Ensuring products meet relevant UK and international compliance requirements
Managing key QA deadlines to support on-time product launches
Reviewing product packaging, labelling and instruction manuals
Investigating product quality issues and supporting corrective actions
Maintaining accurate technical and compliance documentation.

What We Look For

You will ideally have:
A degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline
At least 6–12 months’ work experience (full-time or part-time)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence, resilience and a proactive approach
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
The ability to commute to our Oldham office
