Buying– assisting with supplier relationships, trend analysis, range reviews and commercial decision-making
Quality Assurance & Product Quality Management– supporting product quality standards, supplier compliance and product testing processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations
A business degree develops a broad, transferable skillset that can be applied across a range of roles. Through the interview process and the scheme, we will identify the pathway best suited to you.
About You
We’re looking for graduates who are motivated, commercially aware and keen to learn. You don’t need detailed experience in a specific function – we’re more interested in your potential, mindset and enthusiasm for business.
You will ideally have:
A 2:1 degree or above in Business Studies or a related discipline
6-12 months’ work experience (part-time, full-time or placement)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good organisation and problem-solving ability
A proactive, curious approach and willingness to get stuck in
The ability to commute to our Oldham head office
