About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Apprentice to join our team at Dals. The Sales Support Apprentice will provide essential administrative and customer support to our Sales function while completing the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
You will rotate across different sales teams within DALS, giving you broad exposure to how each team operates, the systems they use, and the processes that drive successful performance. This rotational experience offers an excellent foundation for anyone looking to build a long‑term career in sales and business development.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Support different teams with customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records across internal systems.
Assist with preparing sales materials, reports and meeting documentation.
Help schedule team meetings and coordinate administrative tasks.
Contribute to process improvement projects and suggest ways to build team efficiency.
Gain an understanding of business development and sales processes through team rotation
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English (or equivalent).
A willingness to learn and develop new skills with a positive attitude towards starting a career in sales.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office.
