TLC Worldwide is hiring for a partnerships-focused role supporting global customer loyalty and reward campaigns through partner outreach, CRM coordination, campaign delivery, market research, and commercial collaboration with major consumer brands.

You’ll play a key role in supporting outreach activity, coordinating partnerships and ensuring our campaigns run smoothly across a diverse network of collaborators. .
What you'll be doing:
Supporting partner outreach activity, including email campaigns, follow-ups, and response tracking
Assisting in the creation of compelling partnership materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and case studies
Maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and visibility across the team
Conducting market and partner research to identify new collaboration opportunities
Coordinating internal documentation and supporting partner onboarding processes
Supporting campaign delivery across key sectors including coffee, dining, activities, and emerging networks
Assisting with reporting, insights, and performance tracking to measure campaign success
Who we're looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in partnerships, marketing, or commercial strategy
Comfortable working with data, research, and presentations (PowerPoint/Slides preferred)
