Financial BP Project Intern (TTLIVE)

This is a Finance Internship supporting TikTok’s LIVE (streaming) business. You’ll help manage budgets, track spending, collect financial data, and support daily finance operations.

Job Description
- Support daily budget usage review and approval process, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies and budget guidelines;
- Follow up with business teams and relevant stakeholders to collect supporting documents and resolve finance-related queries in a timely manner;
- Assist in tracking budget consumption and maintaining accurate financial records and working files;
- Assist in coordinating with other finance teams for data collection and consolidation;
- Provide support for other daily financial operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors;
- Basic knowledge of management accounting, internship experience in accounting firms or internet finance/accounting roles is a plus;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with a careful and detail-oriented working style;
- Well-organized and able to manage routine and repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, pivot tables preferred);
- Reliable, proactive in follow-ups, and able to meet deadlines;
- Available at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months; long-term availability preferred.
