  • Working collaboratively and proactively to establishing the data requirements and reporting needs of Logistics and business.

  • Develop and update actionable reports and datasets for key stakeholders using various reporting and query tools to create reporting data assets.

  • Work with external providers to ensure payments and invoices are correct.

  • Ensure the governance of data and quality is adhered to.

  • Follow the latest trends and developments in data visualization and, if appropriate and possible, incorporate them into their work.

  • Cost control and visibility: Track, validate and report inbound freight, duty, demurrage, warehousing and handling costs from origin to receipt. Reconcile carrier invoices to contracts, spot rates and service-level performance.

  • Responsible for month-end close for inbound logistics, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting with clear insight and actions.
