About the role
Our finance function impacts 330,000+ colleagues and millions of customers. During our 3-year scheme you’ll learn to solve unique business challenges with your financial expertise. We'll support you as you work towards your CIMA qualification, offering paid study leave and hands-on experience. Salary: £36,000 Programme start date: 6 September 2027

Use financial data to build proposals and forecasts to influence stakeholders Work with Tesco Group and build relationships with stakeholders, for example Booker, Ireland, One Stop Review how we can automate and simplify processes to enhance ways of working Analyse data to drive store improvements, craft annual budgets, or contribute to our yearly report
