Subsea7, a global leader in the delivery of offshore energy, presents an exciting summer internship opportunity within our Group Environmental team. This 12-week placement is designed for a recent graduate or final year student studying Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline, providing valuable practical experience in a fast-paced, global organisation.
What will you be doing?
Gaining practical experience supporting environmental management activities across the business
Assisting with environmental reporting, data collection, and analysis
Contributing to environmental research and sustainability initiatives
Working alongside experienced professionals, gaining insight into environmental practices within the offshore energy sector
Opportunity to contribute to internal and external communications, including environmental messaging and marketing-related outputs (depending on your interests and skillset)
What experience would we like you to have?
Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year University studies, or recently graduated
Enthusiasm and commitment to environmental management and sustainability
Effective organisational, research, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Collaborates effectively, with the ability to gather information from various internal and external sources
A self-motivated approach, demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn
Ability to work both self-directedly and support wider team activities
IT proficient in the MS Suite and the ability to create meaningful presentations
Available to work in Aberdeen full-time between June and September 2026
